Winter Workouts for 14U
8 Weeks of Workouts
November 13-January 25
Two practices per week at Farm Club
(In January, two weekday practices will be replaced by two weekend practices)
This program is built to develop all facets of the game. Workouts will consist of hitting and swing development, defense training and strength and conditioning. With guidance of our professional coaching staff players will be able to build a strong foundation in the off season through position specific drills and maximizing reps.
